Returns Policy

All our products will undergo strict inspection before shipment. If the order exceeds the warranty period, we will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges.

Faulty item received(not caused by incorrect usage)
  • If the item turns out to be faulty within 30 days of delivery, you can request a replacement. Salebatt.com will cover round-trip shipping.
  • If the item turns out to be faulty after 30 days of delivery, you can still send it back to us for a replacement. You will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-faulty item(change mind)

If you want to return the item which is NON-faulty, please contact us for a refund within 2 days of delivery. Please note that the item should be in new condition with original packing. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged and original shipping cost will not be refunded. You will cover the return shipping cost.

Wrong item received

If the item you received is different from the product you ordered, please contact us for a refund or replacement within 2 days of delivery. Salebatt.com will cover round-trip shipping.

Dead or damaged item on arrival

You can return the item within 2 days of delivery. If a new parcel is required, the warranty period will be re-counted from the next delivery. Salebatt.com will cover round-trip shipping.

Lost package

If the status of the shipment is not updated and you do not receive the package after 60 days, we will resend a new package to you as compensation.

Return tips:

You need to provide us with below information before returning the item.

  • The order number.
  • The images of original shipment label on the package.
  • The images of original package with front and back sides(if necessary).
  • The images of the faulty item with front and back sides(if necessary).

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

  • All returns must have an RMA to be processed. Before returning any item, please click here to request the RMA. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Please repack the package with everything received, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package. It should be clearly displayed on the return shipment label. Returns without the RMA will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days after the issuance of the RMA.
  • If you request a replacement, we will resend a new item to you once we confirm your return. We will email you the tracking number once it is available.
  • If you request a refund, we will issue a refund once we confirm your return. We will issue you a refund to your original payment method on the same day.
  • All returns must be returned to our chinese warehouse.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We usually issue the refund on the same day as we receive the item. If a return is received on a weekend or holiday, the refund will be issued on the next working day.

  • If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account on the same day as we receive the item.
  • If you paid with credit card or bank debit card via PayPal, it may take 5 to 7 working days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
