We offer a six months warranty period for all the items that are sold on this website(excluding physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage). The period of warranty starts from the actual date of delivery.
The warranty we offer does not cover the laptops that are used with our items. We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect usage of all our items. In the event of the product that we supply gets breakdown, we cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of any data that are likely to happen. Moreover, we cannot be held responsible for any losses happening when we undertake repair or replace this item as per our warranty agreement terms. Hence, you are recommended to ensure back up of all the data on a continuous basis.
In case the products we supply are found to be tampered with in any manner, your warranty will be invalid and the customer needs to bear the costs of shipping and repairing of the item.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Salebatt.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Salebatt.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with prior notice to you and with your acceptance, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Some of the circumstances under which we usually cancel the order are:
- The item(s) is (are) not available.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Errors in the product description, quantity and pricing posted on our website.
- Any typographical errors.
To cancel the order you will need to contact us before your order has been shipped. Contact our customer services that are available for 24 hours with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, please do not refuse the package, just contact us for an RMA number so that we may ensure your package can return safely. We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit due to refusal or returns without RMA. We will refund to you once the warehouse receives the package (please keep your tracking number).
Prices are listed in this website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.

The array of goods that are for sale through this website are not produced by or accessible for sale with the approval of the producers of the computers with which our range of items may be put to use.
